Make up with your loved one instantly with these simple: Do’s and Don’ts
We get it. Us guys screw up- it’s in our very nature. From time to time, we make a few mistakes that our women can’t handle; from hanging out too late with the guys to forgetting anniversaries and birthdays. Often than not, we also check out other girls. But, hey, it’s just how the m male brain works.
An ad campaign by Keystone Light made this clear on their dedicated devotion to male slips ups. To get you started on how to easily make up and make out with your girl, here are a few of our quick do’s and don’ts tips for one bro to another.
Do’s:
One word: flowers. It’s a quick fix for making up because for one, it shows that you actually care for the fight you had and want to really make it up to her. That and adding a cheesy line would surely smooth things up quickly.
Always apologize. Regardless of how big or small your fight was, you owe your girl a simple sorry. Be specific of what you did and acknowledge your fault.
Give a little effort into the next few days or dates. For one, it gives you great husband/boyfriend points! The other, is well, you get to make up for your previous screw ups. Even if it means doing something girly with your hubby, you owe that to her in order to get her forgiveness.
Don’ts:
Never promise that you won’t ever do it again. Alternatively, you can promise her that you’ll “try” to not let it happen again. Because you don’t want to end up upsetting her the next time just because you promised.
It’s pretty obvious, but we’ll say it otherwise: never expect make up sex, especially if you caused the fight! Take what you can get, even if she does give you the cold shoulder the entire day.
It’s an unwritten bro code, but never ever blame the beer. It’s not responsible for your action. Accept your faith like a man and just pray you don’t get a vase to the head.
Vary these techniques from time to time. But, prevention is the cure, as they say. So it’s best to not have a reason to fight in the place. Lastly, don’t screw up with the same mistake 5 days in a week- straight. On occasion, yes it’s okay to pee in the trashcan for old times’ sake, but try not to do it every 3 am.
